Tasks in the project will include :

  • Coordination of Workpackage 1.
  • Further development of Datta Arrays.
  • Further development of MegaPlex PCR for sequencing targeted portions of complex genomes.
  • Exploring viability for oligo-based array-CGH on the FEBIT commercialised GENIOM instrument for CNV genotyping.
  • Modification of DASH genotyping onto arrays for flexible re-sequencing to allow for mutation scanning.
