Tasks in the project include :

• Handling and imaging of long genomic DNA fragments using epifluoresence microscopy.
• Development of nanofluidic systems to analyse stretched out DNA fragments in nanochannels and the possibility of viewing whole chromosomal DNA.
• Real-Time ligation-based SBS with a specific role of exploring methods for restricting excitation to surface attached molecules only.
